Hello, I traveled with my family from Kyiv to Hamburg with my daughter. The drivers were good, cheerful, and pleasant to talk to the passengers. We took open tickets with a nice discount. I sincerely want to thank the crew of bus 6500 I traveled to Germany today. The drivers are specialists of the highest level. The atmosphere in the salon is comfortable. In addition to their duties, they are courteous in their interactions with passengers. Every stop is announced and explained politely. They help anyone who needs it.
