How to Book a Bus Ticket?
1. Find the desired trip: ONE-WAY or ROUND-TRIP. (When buying a round-trip ticket, you get a 10% discount).
- Select the city of departure and destination in the search form.
- Select the desired date of travel. The scheduled departure dates are highlighted in blue in the calendar for your convenience.
- Select the number of passengers.
- Click the SEARCH TICKET button.
2. Buying round-trip tickets, you can book a return ticket with an open date. Just select the Open Date option when searching for a ticket. You can use it within six months from the first trip. To do this, inform the carrier about your planned trip at least one week in advance.
Please note! During the vacation and holiday seasons, seats on the bus may be sold out two weeks before the trip or earlier.
3. From the list of upcoming trips, select the one that suits you and with enough seats available. Click the BOOKING button below the list.
4. On the Order page, select the desired seats on the bus seat layout (available seats are green, occupied seats are gray):
- Fill in the passengers' data. (Enter the name and surname as it appears in the passport);
- Provide a valid phone number so we can reach you on the day of the trip;
- Enter the email address to which we will send your tickets after payment;
- Read the ticket refund policy;
- Click the PAY button. After that, in 5 seconds, the system will automatically redirect you to the payment page.
5. On the payment page, enter your card details and pay for the tickets online. After payment, we will send your tickets to your email.
Important! IF THE TICKETS REMAIN UNPAID FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY. If you like to pay for tickets when boarding the bus, please confirm your reservation by calling the office.
