It is forbidden to bring the following into Ukrainian customs territory:
- Military weapons of any kind and their ammunition;
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances;
- Highly toxic, radioactive, and explosive substances
- Printed materials, photographs, films, manuscripts, and other materials containing war propaganda, racism, racial discrimination, and genocide, as well as aimed at undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine, its political independence, and state sovereignty; pornographic materials;
- Goods imported in violation of intellectual property rights.
It is important to remember that restrictions and requirements may change. We recommend checking the official websites of the Ukrainian Customs and Border Guard for the latest information.
An adult must accompany children under the age of 16.
You do not need to call if you purchased your ticket online and received an e-ticket.
However, the passenger must confirm the trip by telephone at least 72 hours before departure. Without confirmation, we reserve the right to sell the seat indicated on the unconfirmed ticket without a refund.
- Our drivers are professionals with experience in international transportation. Passenger safety and comfort depend on the experienced and trained drivers. It is our priority!
- Our buses are inspected and certified regularly and meet all the technical requirements. The interior is also regularly cleaned and sanitized.
- Each bus has a first aid kit, fire safety equipment, seatbelts, and hand luggage compartments.

- A pillow
- Blanket in cool weather
- Food that will not spoil during the trip
- Thermos of tea or water
- Wet wipes
- Change of socks
- A pair of slippers
- Powerbank (or USB cable)
- Personal first aid kit
Yes, the bus will make short stops (10-15 minutes) approximately every 4 hours.
The stops are for refueling the bus and for restroom breaks for passengers.
Generally, the bus stops at predetermined locations like large gas stations or international bus stations.
Passengers must be at the bus stop at least 30 minutes before bus departure.
You may change the date of your trip once.
