You may change the date of your trip once.
Please notify us at adlerbusreisen@gmail.com no later than 72 hours before the departure date.
You can select a specific seat when you purchase your ticket online.
*We do not change the selected seats, but if necessary, the carrier has the right to change the seat without prior agreement.
It is better to print it if you can.
If not, you can show your e-ticket on your smartphone or other device screen when boarding the bus.
You can pay for your ticket online via our website. We accept payments by bank card in hryvnia.

You can pay in cash if you book your seat in advance by phone.
You can order a return ticket with an open date when purchasing a round-trip ticket. You can use it within six months of your first trip date.
All you need to do to use it is let us know when you plan to travel. Contact us by phone or email at least one week before your departure date to secure your seat on the bus.
Please note! During the summer and holidays, seats on the bus may be sold out two weeks before departure or earlier.

Departure from Ukraine:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
Departure from Germany:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
The ticket price includes a standard piece of baggage measuring 80*50*40 cm. The total baggage weight may be up to 40 kg.
If you purchase a child ticket with a 50% discount, the ticket price includes one piece of baggage measuring 50*40*25 cm. The total baggage weight may be up to 20 kg.
If it exceeds the weight limit, 2 EUR per additional kilogram applies.
