Hello! On March 4, 2023, my spouse and I used the services of AdlerTrans, and we were not disappointed. We were satisfied with our trip. The route was from Kyiv to Hamburg. The bus was clean, and all the amenities advertised by the carrier were working. The toilet was clean and maintained throughout the journey. The bus ran on schedule, and crossing the border was organized smoothly. Wi-Fi was available throughout the trip. The drivers were polite, courteous, and dressed neatly. We booked our tickets over the phone and paid on the bus, which was very convenient. We highly recommend AdlerTrans.
