The company was recommended by my acquaintances. Since I hadn't traveled by bus for a long time, I carefully chose a carrier and felt anxious about the trip. The operator, a girl, patiently and correctly answered all my questions. She quickly got in touch with me after I contacted her, so there were no problems with booking at all. I took the Dortmund-Kyiv route on October 12, 2022. The bus was comfortable, clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything working and Wi-Fi available. The toilet was immaculately clean with a pleasant smell. The drivers, Vladimir and Alexander, were careful, friendly, considerate, humorous, and communicative. They greeted passengers first and constantly interacted with us. They informed us in advance about the stops and told us what is where. They made sure that no one got lost. Several times they walked through the cabin asking about our well-being, whether anyone was feeling too hot or too cold, etc. We passed customs very quickly. My fears were unfounded, and the trip was easy, fun, and fast. I got off in Lviv, and I didn't want to leave the warm and cozy bus, to be honest. The team of a company forms its image. The team of this company is excellent! Thank you all very much! It's nice when someone cares about you, especially during a hard time for everyone. I recommend using the services of this company.
