I want to thank you for the professional drivers and high level of service. I traveled from Hamburg to Kyiv fast and comfortably, and, most importantly, the drivers were polite and communicative. The toilet was clean and spacious, the seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of legroom! I recommend. I used to travel only by Flix Bus, but today I discovered a more convenient and friendly service.

I have been sending parcels with you for a long time, no complaints, always on time and high quality. I recently crossed the border for the first time with my little son. Thank you to the drivers on the route, which was on 20.12.23. They were responsive and humorous. Everything was smooth like a clock. Feeling my anxiety, they did everything for our comfort and safety! I would really like to reward them somehow. The trip home also went without any adventures. Both buses have everything! Cleanliness, toilet, even candies! Speaking of candies. Thank you to your Santa Claus, on behalf of Bocharov Yaroslav, for such unexpected gifts. You are the best! And the staff is very resilient. I have been on several trips with this company, and it was a pleasure each time. The bus, KA6500AI, was comfortable and clean, and the seats were cozy. A special thanks to the drivers - Oleksandr and Vitaliy, who did everything possible to cross the border as fast as possible and were attentive and friendly!
