Vetschau

Vetschau is part of the Lusatian Settlement Area's cultural and territorial autonomy. The laws of the states of Saxony and Brandenburg, which promote the preservation of the Lusatian language and culture of the Lusatians, apply here.

The official language in the area is Lusatian, in addition to German. The city has ten districts.
