Self-isolation can be avoided by those who leave Ukraine within the next 72 hours, as well as by persons who pass the PCR test or take a rapid test for antigen during the same time and get a negative result.
Unvaccinated citizens of India and Russia who travel, including in transit, must undergo a 14-day quarantine.
