The right of citizens to enter Ukraine is guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine and other legislative acts. According to the clarifications of the State Border Service, all citizens who provide documentary proof of their citizenship of Ukraine will be able to return home without hindrance. Therefore, everyone who left with an expired foreign passport, with an internal Ukrainian passport or with their photocopy, should not worry.
