Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip. I called the transportation provider's office and explained the situation. They refunded me a part of the ticket cost without any problems.

I want to express my gratitude! I traveled from Germany to Kyiv. The bus and the toilet were clean, the seats were comfortable, the drivers were polite and professional. Now I only go with this company. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
