Several times they walked through the cabin asking about our well-being, whether anyone was feeling too hot or too cold, etc. We passed customs very quickly. My fears were unfounded, and the trip was easy, fun, and fast. I got off in Lviv, and I didn't want to leave the warm and cozy bus, to be honest. The team of a company forms its image.
