The last time I traveled from Kyiv to Hamburg on 02.08.2023, I took my mom (disabled in a wheelchair). The drivers helped with boarding and disembarking. They helped with the luggage at the border and were concerned about her condition throughout the journey. The trip went unnoticed. I sincerely thank you. Adler Trans is a good carrier company. The drivers are very polite and friendly. We traveled from Bremen to Lviv and then back from Lviv to Bremen with this company because we liked how the drivers treated the passengers! The drivers asked the passengers if they needed a stop and also helped with the luggage at the customs! We were lucky to travel to Lviv with such drivers: Vitaliy and Vitaliy. The drivers were nice and humorous! On the way back from Lviv to Bremen, we traveled with the drivers Roman and Pavlo. They were also very friendly, humorous, and attentive to the passengers.
