I traveled on 31.10.2023 from Rivne to Osnabrück. The bus was clean, odorless, and had a neat toilet. The drivers, Pavlo and Vasyl, were courteous and humorous. The service met the European standards. They helped all the passengers with their luggage at the border, answered all the questions at the stops, and assisted as much as possible. I was very pleased with the trip. And I can only recommend it!!!
