Hello. We used the services of ADLERTRANS company on March 24-25 and April 8-9, 2023. We are writing this review to express our GRATITUDE to the entire team of this company. From the first moments of communication with dispatchers, we felt a European level of service: politeness, maximum respect, an individual approach to the client, understanding of special needs, easy booking, timely offered flexible discount, and reminder system. We express our ADMIRATION to the drivers Grygoriy, Basil, Ivan, Vitaly, and Anatoliy. They are undoubtedly professionals, real partners who understand each other. It was pleasant to observe their well-coordinated work. Their neat appearance (snow-white ironed shirts) and the cleanness of the salon and toilet pleasantly surprised us. All passengers felt safe and comfortable during the journey, and the careful and "soft" driving style was felt. We are also grateful for the organization of border crossing: promptness and assistance. Therefore, the applause sounded at the end of the trip was well-deserved. And for one more important aspect of the work of ADLERTRANS drivers, the feeling of respect overflows. Considering the passengers' psychological state, which in 99% of cases are women and children forced to part with their families and seek refuge abroad, the emotional atmosphere during the trip is a big thing. For example, my daughter and I were returning to Germany with drivers Anatoly and Vitaly (bus number 6500) with goodbye tears and concern for loved ones left behind. Their words of support, attention, care, and great sense of humor helped us calm down and gave us a feeling of home comfort and family warmth. We sincerely thank you. We recommend ADLERTRANS!
